Why only certain reports are accessible in One Stop Portal?

Can I upload another report with the same product and type?

I'm getting a "No template found" error when uploading a report file. What should I do?

I don't see the "Report" tab in the One Stop Portal. How can I access it?

A new version of template is now available in Reports, can I use this?
