Why there is a discrepancy and gap from summary and itemised report? Is this related to OEM Wallet transaction?
Effective 2 July 2026, BNM has enforced based on Payment Card Framework Policy Document on OEM Wallet interchange fees of +0.10% (additional 10bps).
PayNet has enabled OEM Wallet interchange fees which is payable from Acquirer to Issuer for transactions MyDebit transactions performed on OEM Wallet which at the moment, is limited only to ApplePay.
If this amount is not related to OEM Wallet, kindly reach ask@paynet.my.
I am unable to view OEM Wallet interchange fees in I01 Itemised Report and where can I view it?

This particular data field allows you to view the OEM Wallet transaction entry that compute the calculation of 0.10% OEM Wallet interchange fees.
You may refer to the naming convention, tag, length and value definition under MyDebit I01 from this MyDebit Specifications .
I am unable to view aggregated OEM Wallet interchange fees in Summary Report (S01, S02, D01 and M01) and where can I view it?

For an Acquirer, the interchange will be debited for these OEM transactions
provisioned with MyDebit.
Other fields for e.g., debit_oem_interchange_fee_tax and debit_oem_interchange_fee_tax_code, both fields have yet to be enforced hence you may reserve these for future use.

After I have enhanced these fields but I am not able to view during UAT, how should I go about?

As an Acquirer but yet to enable OEM Wallet acceptances on my POS terminal and eCommerce, what will happen if I enhance these fields?
OEM Wallet related fields should not have any fees or amount since you have not enabled OEM Wallet on your POS Terminal and eCommerce payment gateway.
Pertaining to PayNet mandate, existing acquirer shall enable OEM Wallet acceptances effective on 1 June 2025.
For new acquirer, OEM Wallet is part of the onboarding requirements of PayNet MyDebit.
If I do not want to enhance OEM Wallet fields in any of the reports, what will be the consequences?
OEM Wallet interchange fees will not populated in any of the said reports and there will be gaps and variances which as a participants, you ought to calculate the fees manually without proper validation.
