No, DuitNow Pay does not adopt the Payment Service Agent (PSA) model. Instead, we introduce the role of a System Integrator (SI), appointed by an Acquirer to manage all technical integration. The goal of the SI model is to ensure all merchant integrations are managed through Acquirers, rather than directly with PayNet. Acquirers remain fully responsible and liable for merchant onboarding.
