DuitNow Pay is built on a collaborative payment ecosystem that connects Consumers, Merchants, Financial Institutions, Third Party Acquirers (TPAs), System Integrators (SIs), and PayNet through a unified account-based payment framework. By leveraging the Retail Payments Platform (RPP), DuitNow Pay standardises payment initiation, customer authentication and consent management to deliver a consistent online payment experience while simplifying implementation and accelerating merchant onboarding.

System Integrators (SI) | System Integrator (SI) is a technology provider appointed by an Acquirer to facilitate system-to-system integration for enabling DuitNow Pay services. Acquirers / Third Party Acquirer (TPA) are able to appoint a SI during onboarding process with a signed Appointment Form. It is important to note that an SI acts solely as a technical enabler. The responsibility for merchant onboarding remains fully under the purview of the Acquirer. |
