Does DuitNow Pay support both Business-to-Customer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B)?

DuitNow Pay is designed to support both B2B and B2C transaction flows. The B2C offering is currently undergoing a controlled soft launch phase, with full rollout targeted in 2027.

For B2B transactions, existing payment flows will continue to be supported via FPX. In parallel, PayNet is progressively exploring DuitNow Pay B2B capabilities and use cases together with participants as part of the future ecosystem roadmap.
