DuitNow Online Banking/Wallet is backed by Issuer Banks (Debiting Agents) and Acquirer Banks (Crediting Agents), enabling customers to make payments to DuitNow Pay using their preferred bank or wallet. From the merchant portal or mobile app, customers select their preferred payment method, are redirected to their bank or wallet to approve the transaction and then return to the merchant site to complete the purchase.
