What payment options are available within DuitNow Pay?

DuitNow Pay supports account-based payments through participating banks and eWallets, with both one-time and saved payment options.

  • One-time payments: Real-time payments directly from customers’ bank or eWallet accounts through DuitNow Online Banking / Wallets)

  • Saved payments: Faster repeat and recurring payments with customer consent for future transactions through DuitNow Consent & AutoDebit).

  • User provides consent and saved their CASA account on merchant platform

  • User able to setup the saved payment in both one-click payment and recurring payment method

  • User already saved their preferred payment bank and able to enjoy hassle-free payment experience without the need to login to the bank, with one-click instantly payment, reduces the checkout friction

Saved Payment: Recurring Payment

  • User set up recurring AutoDebit, enabling merchants to auto request payment from payer bank periodically based on users' consent setup criteria without the need to login to the bank account
