This guide outlines the steps required to add supporting materials to a dispute.
Disputes must be classified as an External Dispute at the Disputes must be
classified
as an External Dispute at the Internal Review – Pending Additional Details
stage.
Supporting materials cannot be added outside of this stage if it has already
pass the Dispute Submission stage. This stage can only be performed by the
Initiating
Member.

Supporting materials can ONLY be added when the dispute is in
“Internal Review – Pending Additional Details”
status.
If the dispute has moved past this stage, updates will not be
allowed.
1. Access the PayNet Dashboard
Open the
PayNet Dashboard
in your browser and log in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the One Stop Portal
Select the One Stop Portal option
A new tab is deployed displaying the One Stop Portal

3. Search for the dispute
ℹ️
Ensure the correct dispute is selected before modification.
Updating the wrong dispute may result in incorrect submission
and require
rework.

Disputes that require an action from the RPP Dispute Member can be found
at the “Active” tab
Disputes in need of additional supporting materials have the following
Dispute Status: “Pending Additional Details”
Select the dispute
Locate Disputes Requiring Additional Details
4. Review and modify the dispute
Review the dispute details for accuracy
Due date at the top right refers to the date for which a the dispute
needs to be updated with materials and approved for this stage of the
dispute

Please take note of the due date. Supporting materials must
be submitted within the required
timeframe to avoid SLA breaches and delays in dispute processing.
Click “Modify Dispute”
The Initiating Member may modify the following fields:
Dispute Type
Dispute Amount
Remarks
File attachments

Ensure that all supporting documents are clear, complete,
and relevant to the dispute.
Incomplete or unclear documents may lead to rejection
or additional requests for information.
Click “Update Dispute”

After clicking “Update Dispute”, verify that
all modifications and attachments
have been successfully saved. Incomplete updates may result in
delays or require re-submission.
