If is there any automated retry mechanism currently active for Proxy Transfer Notification Webhook? If so, what is the retry interval and the maximum attempt limit?

There is currently no automated retry mechanism in place for the Proxy Transfer Notification Webhook. Participants may use the daily NAD Maintenance File (NADM02) to obtain the list of all proxies transferred tied to the specific Participant for the previous day.
