• 24/7 proactive monitoring
• Regular resilience testing.
In the event of a critical incident:
• Immediate email notification to technical contacts
• Status updates every 30–60 minutes
• Post-incident report with root cause and preventive actions.
If the Financial Report API is unavailable for more than 24 hours, alternative secure data access methods (e.g., temporary portal or secure file transfer) will be provided.
