Introduction
This serves as a comprehensive guide for participants to view the performance metrics of their MyDebit service within the One Stop Portal (OSP).
Pre-requisite
Viewing Performance Indicators
1. Log in to OSP and click NextSwitch Console on the left-hand sidebar.
If you don't see NextSwitch Console, it means you haven't been assigned to the One Stop Portal NextSwitch Management Member group. For any access issues, please contact ask@paynet.my for help.
You will be directed to the NextSwitch Console page.
2. The stations management page has two sections — Overview & Diagnostics.
3. Click on the Diagnostics Tab to open the system diagnostics panel.
4. This screen provides visibility into key metrics, including SAF Queue size, with automatic updates occurring at 30-second intervals.
