🧠 Circular Visibility and Access Logic
Circular visibility depends on:
- Your assigned product roles (e.g., RPP Manager, MyDebit Member, FPX Member).
- The Products/Services tagged on the circular.
- Whether the circular is tagged as Others.
Only circulars that match your product domain will appear in Circulars module.
Circulars are shown only if:
User Product Role = Circular Product/Service Tag
Example:
If your role is RPP Manager, you will see circulars tagged under DuitNow only. Circulars outside this domain will be hidden.
If you have more than one role, access is inclusive. You will see circulars from all product domains that match any of your roles. Circulars outside these domains will be hidden. For example as below depicted:
- Role A: RPP Manager → DuitNow
- Role B: MyDebit Member → MyDebit
You will see:
- DuitNow circulars
- MyDebit circulars
Please reach out to your Company Administrator to request the appropriate product-role if you do not have the designated roles for the Circular you want to access.
If you’re not sure who your Company Admin is, please email ask@paynet.my with the following details so our PayNet Customer Support team can help identify them:
- Company name
- Business Registration Number (BRN)
We will assist you with the next steps.

👥 Why Can My Colleague See a Circular but I Cannot?
This is usually due to role differences.
Your colleague may have:
- A different or additional product-role
- Company Administrator privileges
- Access granted by your Company Administrator
Circulars always depend on matching user role → product domain.
✅ Use correct SSO credentials
Ensure you are using your correct PayNet SSO credentials to avoid access issues.
