Once your company registration is submitted, PayNet will review and process your application within three (3) business days.
You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address once your company registration has been approved. If additional information or supporting documents are required to complete the registration, you will be notified via email with further instructions.
Haven’t received an email? Here’s what you can do:
- Check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folders, for any messages from PayNet.
- Log in to your account portal at https://account.paynet.my using the registered email to check your company registration status.
- If there is no update after three business days and you have not received any notification, you may contact ask@paynet.my. Please provide your application reference number, company name and the email address used during registration to help us locate your application promptly.
