Your company email address is the unique identifier for your PayNet SSO account. The registration flow depends on whether your email domain is already registered with PayNet.
1. Auto-Link via Company Domain
If your email domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com) is already registered:
You will be automatically linked to your company during registration.
Full access to company-related modules may require Company Admin approval.
Continue with User Registration Steps guideline.
2. Company Registration Required
If your email domain is not registered (because your company profile does not yet exist in PayNet SSO):
Company registration is required for certain business types.
-
Currently, this is available only for:
EMI (e-Money Issuer)
MA (Merchant Acquirer)
You will be guided through the Company Registration Process.
For other business types, please contact ask@paynet.my to register your company with PayNet.
3. Corporate Domains Not Yet Whitelisted
If you register with a corporate domain (e.g., @subsidiary.com) that is not yet whitelisted by PayNet, and your company already exists in the system:
You are not required to complete company registration.
Please email ask@paynet.my to request whitelisting of your domain and linking it to your company profile.
Once approved, you can proceed with User Registration Steps and access relevant portals.
Note: After the domain is whitelisted, any future users registering with the same domain will be automatically linked to the company profile.
4. Public Domains
If you register with a public domain (e.g., @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com):
Public domains cannot be whitelisted by PayNet.
Please email ask@paynet.my to request manual linking of your email address to your company profile.
Once linked, you can continue with User Registration Steps and access relevant portals.
