User Login Guide

This guide shows how to sign in to PayNet portals with your SSO login account.

1. Log In

Sign in to your account at https://account.paynet.my/auth/login.

 

 

2. Complete MFA

  1. Email OTP (default): Open your inbox, find the 6-digit code, and enter it exactly as shown. If you don’t see it, check Spam/Junk, then select Resend code. You can enter the wrong code up to 3 times before the account locks.
  2. Authenticator app (TOTP) — available only if you have enabled it in your profile: Open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code for PayNet.
  3. SMS OTP — available only if your company has enabled SMS and you have added your phone number: Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone.

3. Successfully login

  1. After signing in, on the SSO Dashboard, click the portal entry point where you need.
