How do I access pre-event and post-event materials?
You can access event materials either by clicking the deep link sent
in an email broadcast or by logging into the PayNet Dashboard and
navigating to "Publications" > "PayNet Events."
Do I need to log in to view event materials?
Yes, logging in via Single Sign-On (SSO) with your valid credentials
is required to access event materials securely.
What if I click a deep link but it doesn’t work?
The link may have expired, or you might not have permission to access
the content. An error message will appear advising you to contact
your PayNet Relationship Manager for help.
Can someone who isn’t invited access the materials if I forward the email?
No, non-invited guests attempting to use forwarded links will be
denied access after login and will see an error notification.
I cannot see the event on my dashboard, what should I do?
Ensure you are logged in with the correct PayNet SSO credentials.
If the event still doesn’t appear, check with the event organizer
or your PayNet Relationship Manager to confirm if you are on the
invitation list.
What file formats are the event materials available in?
Materials are typically uploaded as PDFs for agendas, presentations,
or other relevant documents. You can view and download them.
Can I download the event materials for offline viewing?
Yes. Once you access the materials page, you can download any uploaded
files to your local device.
