⚠️ Important: Approving in this step submits the IP Access
request to PayNet for implementation.
1. Access the PayNet Dashboard
Open the PayNet Dashboard in your browser and log in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the One Stop Portal
- Select the One Stop Portal option.
- A new tab is deployed displaying the One Stop Portal.
3. Access the Request Management module
- Select the “Request Management” module on the sidebar.
- If this is not available, please request access to this module from your Company Administrator.
- This page displays all created IP Access requests.
💡 Tip: If you cannot see Request Management, ask
your Company Administrator to grant access.
4. Reviewing a new IP Access request
- Select a request in “Submitted” status.
- A pop up with the request details raised by the maker is displayed.
- Review the IP Access details for accuracy.
- Enter a remark for this request. This field is optional.

Choose to Approve or Reject the request.
- Approved requests will be forwarded to PayNet for processing and implementation.
- Rejected requests will be notified to the requestor via email.
- Updates to requests after participant approval will be communicated via email and is reflected in the “Request Management” page.
⚠️ Review Carefully: Ensure Service, Environment, Direction,
Link and IPs are correct before approving.
