This guide outlines the steps to raise an IP access request to PayNet for the following services in the Production and Non Production environments:

1. Access the PayNet Dashboard
Open the PayNet Dashboard in your browser and log in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the One Stop Portal
Select the One Stop Portal option.
A new tab is deployed displaying the One Stop Portal.
3. Access the Request Management module
Select the “Request Management” module on the sidebar.
If this is not available, please request access to this module from your Company Administrator.
⚠️ Access Tip: If the Request Management module
is missing, contact your Company Administrator to grant access.
4. Creating a new IP Access request
Click on the “+ Create New” button to initiate a new IP Access request.
A pop up is displayed to allow IP Access details to be entered
5. Populating IP Access Request details
- Choose one option each for Service, Environment, Direction, and Link fields. In the case where more than one option per field is required, it has to be raised in a separate request.

The Direction field refers to the direction of the connection.
- “Outbound” selection refers to PayNet’s source address connecting to your institution’s systems.
- “Inbound” selection refers to your institution’s source address connecting to PayNet’s systems.
💡 Direction Reminder: Pick the correct Inbound
or Outbound option to ensure firewall rules are configured correctly
on both sides.
- Enter your institution’s IP details.
- If more than 5 IP addresses are required, click on the “+ Add IP” button
🧩 Tip: Use + Add IP to include more than 5 IP
addresses. Each entry should be a valid routable address or CIDR as per your
policy.
- Enter a description for this request. This field is optional. The description will be surfaced to your manager when approving this request.
- Pick an approver from the Approver list. Only the selected approver will be asked to approve this IP access request.
✅ Approval Routing: Ensure you select the correct approver
to avoid delays.
- When all fields are correctly entered, click on the “Submit” button
- Submitted IP Access Requests triggers an email to the assigned approver of this request
📧 Heads-up: The approver will receive an email notification
after submission.
