JomPAY is Malaysia’s national bill payment scheme established and operated by Payments Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PayNet) under the supervision of Bank Negara Malaysia. It provides a unified, accessible, and secure platform for consumers to pay bills electronically anytime and anywhere through Internet and Mobile Banking services offered by 42 participating banks in Malaysia.
JomPAY facilitates bill payments by enabling customers to pay any registered biller using a simple Biller Code and Customer Reference Number (Ref-1 and Ref-2) found on their bills. For businesses and billers, JomPAY streamlines payment collections, improves cash flow, reduces manual processing, and simplifies reconciliation.
