❗️ How do I dispute or request for a refund if a merchant did not deliver the goods or services as advertised?
- You may contact the merchant to initiate a dispute. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the merchant, you may contact your bank or e-wallet provider via any of their available channels to raise a dispute.
- Please be advised to contact your bank or e-wallet within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the DuitNow QR payment being made. Otherwise, the dispute will be considered invalid.

Keep a screenshot or receipt as proof of payment for reference during the dispute.
