Introduction
This serves as a comprehensive guide for participants to view their MyDebit financial transactions within the One Stop Portal (OSP).
Pre-requisite
Viewing Transactions
1. Log in to OSP and select NextSwitch Console from the left-hand sidebar. If NextSwitch Console is not visible, it indicates you are not yet assigned to the One Stop Portal NextSwitch Management Member group. For access issues, please contact ask@paynet.my.
2. In the top section of the page, click the dropdown and select Transactions.
You will be directed to the transactions page:
3. Select a time range by clicking on the Calendar 🗓️ icon on the right side of the page. You can choose a preset or define your own. Keep in mind that only transactions from 3 days ago or earlier are visible in this module.
4. Optional: To retrieve a specific transaction, you may enter a Retrieval Reference Number (RRN).
5. Optional: To filter transactions where your institution is either the **acquirer** or the **issuer**, tick the corresponding boxes in the top-left corner.
6. Click Search.
7. To view additional details for a transaction, click the expand icon on the leftmost side of each row in the transaction table.
8. In the transaction details panel, click on a transaction legs/strong to view additional details such as leg entry time, message payload, and more.
