Customers can initiate IBG transfers through the following channels:
Internet and Mobile Banking: Most common and convenient channel. Customers log in to their bank’s online or mobile banking platform, select ‘Funds Transfer’ ‘Interbank GIRO’, enter beneficiary details, amount, and submit the transaction.
ATM and Phone Banking: Available at participating banks. Customers can perform IBG transfers using ATMs or phone banking services, subject to bank-specific availability.
Over the Counter (Bank Branches): Customers can visit any participating bank branch, fill out an IBG transfer form with beneficiary details and payment amount, and submit it for processing.
