1. Go to the Portal
Open the PayNet Dashboard in your browser and log in using your credentials.
2. Access the Main Landing Page for Dashboard
After login, you will land on the dashboard homepage. This is where you can access all available modules.
3. Click on Profile Icon
Click your profile icon in the top-right. The list will show available tools based on your permission.
4. Go to My Bookings
Click “My Bookings” to view your scheduled appointments.
5. Click "Cancel"
Find the appointment you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel” button.
6. Enter Cancellation Reason
A pop-up will appear. Enter the reason for your cancellation in the text box.
7. Submit Cancellation
Click the “Submit” button to confirm and complete the cancellation.
8. Acknowledgement Message
You’ll see a message confirming the cancellation:
“Appointment has been Cancelled. Your cancellation has been received.”
9. Verify Cancellation
Go back to “My Bookings” to ensure the status now shows as “Cancelled”.
