To keep our system secure and protect your personal information, we automatically delete accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. If your account stays inactive for 14 months, it will be permanently deleted.
Before this happens, you’ll receive a reminder email so you have time to log in and keep your account active. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our system, and you’ll need to register again if you’d like to use our services in the future.

How to Keep Your Account Active
To ensure you don’t lose access, simply log in to your account at least once every months. If your account has already been deleted, you are required to register for a new account and setting up your details again.
