Is there a transition plan for moving from the TCP/IP, API direct or older versions of API to the Modernised API?

The Modernised API is not backward compatible with previous versions. Both new and existing participants are required to develop and transition to the Modernised API. Modernised APIs and previous versions will be available during the transition period, allowing time to adopt.
