Keeping your profile information current helps us serve you better. Follow these simple steps to update your profile:
1. Log In
Sign in to your account at https://account.paynet.my/auth/login.
2. Profile Settings
Click profile icon on the top right of the page and click your name.

4. User Information
1. Click the ‘Edit’ button in user information section to make changes to your user profile information.
2. Once you’re done, click 'Save Changes’ to apply the updates.
5. Password
1. Click "Change Password" in account setting section to make changes on your password.
2. Enter existing password and new password. Once you’re done, click 'Change Password’ to apply the updates.
6. Multi-factor Authentication (Authenticator App)
1. Click Activate Authenticator App in account setting section.
2. Scan the QR show in the screen and enter code from the authenticator apps. Once you’re done, click 'Verify Code’ to enable TOTP authenticator app method.
7. Multi-factor Authentication (SMS MFA)
1. Click Activate SMS MFA in account setting.
2. Enter your phone number and ensure CAPCHA cloudflare show success. Once you’re done, click 'Send OTP & Verify’ to enable TOTP authenticator app method.
3. Enter OTP code sent to your phone number. Once you're done, click 'Verify' to enable SMS as authenticator method.
If you are not receive the OTP code, click 'Didn't receive code? Request again'. New OTP code will be sent to your phone
4. You can disable the SMS OTP method by turning the toggle off. When disabled, no OTP will be sent to your phone number.
8. Multi-factor Authentication (Email MFA)
Currently, the toggle shows Enabled only. We’ll introduce a disable option later.
9. User Group Role
The default group is automatically assigned once the user complete registration.
