Introduction
This guide is designed to help you navigate and manage your One Stop Portal profile effectively. Whether you’re a first-time user or looking to enhance your experience, this document will provide you with step-by-step instructions on updating your profile information.
Managing User Profile
Step 1: Navigate to user profile
Log in to your account and locate the profile icon next to your name on the upper left corner of your screen. Click on the icon and select Profile.
Step 2: Profile information page
After selecting Profile, you'll be directed to the profile information page. Click Edit to make changes.
Step 3: Edit your profile
Editing your profile lets you update your first and last name, password, phone number, and authenticator app.
Step 3 (a): First and Last Name
Simply change your first and last names, then click Save.
Step 3 (b): Password
To change your password, enter your old password and new password on the profile page, then click Reset Password.
Step 3 (c): Phone number
Enter your new phone number and click Send OTP.
You’ll receive an OTP on your new number, which you must enter to verify the request.
Step 3 (d): Authenticator App
Then scan the QR code with your new authenticator app, and enter the 6-digit code to verify the changes.
