My Bank or e-Wallet has not reverted on my claim. How long do I have to wait?

Generally, fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the DuitNow QR payment is allowed to resolve your claim, subject to the course of the investigation. If a longer period of time is needed, your Bank or e-Wallet will notify you of the next course of action.
