Step 5: Registration Successful
After you finish registration, the system decides where you land based on how you started:
1. If you started from a PayNet portal (you clicked Login with SSO button on that portal)
a) You will be sent back to the same portal and logged in automatically.
b) If you do not have access, you will see “Unauthorised / Not allowed.” Contact your Company Administrator for the right role.
2. If you began at the general sign-up page (you clicked Get Started button on portal):
a) You will land on the SSO Dashboard. Click the portal tile you need and you’ll be signed in automatically.
b) If you still see “Unauthorised,” your Company Administrator needs to grant access.
What Happens Next?
1. If your email domain matches a company already registered with PayNet:
a) Your SSO profile will be automatically linked to the company.
b) An approval request will be sent to your Company Administrator.
c) You will have limited access until approval is granted. If you're unsure who your company administrator is, contact PayNet Support at ask@paynet.my for guidance.
2. If your email domain does not match any registered company:
a) You will be directed to the Company Registration process.
b) Currently, company registration is only available for EMI (e-Money Issuers) and Merchant Acquirer (MA)
