This document is designed to provide you with a step-by-step walkthrough for signing up for an account without an invitation. Our goal is to simplify the registration process, making it easy and successful for you to create your account on the PayNet One Stop Portal. Let's get started!
How to register
Step 1: Check the email invitation
You must receive an invitation email sent by your company administrator to proceed.
The invitation email includes detailed instructions on how to log in using the provided email address and temporary password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Step 2: Login
Visit the login page, enter your email and temporary password, and then click Login.
Step 3: Register
Complete the required information and click Continue.
To ensure the security of your account, your password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- A number
- A special character
- 1 uppercase letter and 1 lowercase letter
Step 4: Authenticate
Enter the OTP verification code to complete the registration.
If you haven’t received the code, or your code has expired, you can resend the code by clicking on Request again.
Step 5: Add Another Authentication Method
You will be prompted to set up an additional authentication method via an Authenticator App.
To set up:

Download an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator) from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Click Authenticator App (Recommended)

Scan the QR code shown on screen.

Enter the 6-digit verification code from your app.

Click Verify to complete setup.
This step ensures a stronger and more secure login experience.
Step 6: Registration Confirmation
Your registration is successful!
Click on Go to Dashboard to be routed to the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
Why I getting error when click https://paynet.my?
Answer: It looks like your company’s firewall may be blocking our domain (https://paynet.my). Please ask your IT team to whitelist our domain and email address(@paynet.my) so you can access the registration link and receive our communications.
I can’t log in using the temporary password provided in the invitation email?
Answer: If you're unable to log in using the temporary password from the invitation email, double-check that you've copied it exactly—without any spaces.
I didn’t receive an OTP code in my email?
Answer: Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see it, ask your IT department to whitelist "account.paynet.my" and our portal email address "account-noreply@paynet.my"
How can I get access to a module in One Stop Portal (OSP)?
Answer: To access specific modules in OSP, you’ll need to request the appropriate role and permissions from your Company Administrator. They’ll be able to assign the access you need.
I receive an incorrect email or password error message when I enter my temporary password from the invite. What should I do?
Answer: Please copy the temporary password exactly as shown, without any spaces before or after, and do not click Reset Password until you have fully completed your user registration.
